The Official Launch

Inverse Paradox is proud to announce the official launch of the company. As of June 4, 2007, Inverse Paradox is a full time operation headed by Neil Harner and Melissa Levenduski, delivering quality Internet and design solutions to small and medium businesses. In recent efforts, we have made great effort to further establish Inverse Paradox as a reputable business and devise new solutions to provide more robust support and delivery of our products.

One of our most recent successes is, of course, the new Inverse Paradox website which has been recognized by several peer design/development organizations. In addition to our menu of solutions and our portfolio, the new website includes our blog, logo-wear shop, online bill pay (via PayPal), and the ability to login to our new ParadoxMail system. In the near feature, we will be offering the full functionality of an online Client Support Center and Project Collaboration Center. These two unique tools will allow for more organized and robust customer support and the ability to better collaborate on complex projects between us and the various contributors at your company.

Office Hours & Contact Information

Now that Inverse Paradox has launched, we have implemented new office hours as well as new ways of communicating to better support your needs. We ask that our clients communicate with us during our normal office hours and when in need of support, call our office line so that we as a company can better support you. Of course, in the unlikely circumstance of an emergency, we welcome our clients to get in direct contact with us any time. Inverse Paradox is always dedicated to providing quick response times and dependable site management & support.
